Gel with Comb in Support Frame

The comb that creates the wells is still in place. The blue arrows indicate the location of the 10 wells. Prepare the gel by removing the tape along the lower edge.

Cut along the black line

Remove the tape

Place the side of the gel from which the tape was removed against the base of the gel frame

Align gel to fit against the support ridge
