Cy Agents

There are three types of Cy Agents:

- Sensors
- Specials
- Dippers

Sensor Agents:

Sensors are the senior agents, trained at least two year longer than Special/Dipper Agents. They are required to have at least a year of experience as a Dipper or Special Agent before they are allowed to take on the responsibilities of a full time Lead. Sensors that do not become Leads are usually recruited by the CIA or other Intelligence agencies as investigators.

Special Agents:

Specials make up the majority of Cy's agent force. Since their training is of a broader spectrum, they often double as Dippers. Individual agents have a variety of training, which specializes them to a specific task. An agent trained in escape tactics, for example, will be give different missions than one trained in underwater manuevering.

Specials are almost invariably given some experimental technological weapon. The Steelex wrist blades are fairly common as self defence weapons. More recently developed are the EIWs (Electric Impulse Webs). An EIW is a copper wire web grafted into a Fleshex replacement palm. The I-chip can trigger a small charge through the wires and into another person, causing their muscles to tetnus. It is an effective way of stopping someone without hurting them. Other specials include bulletproof plating grafts, optical enhancments (wide range/night vision), and chemical enhancers such as Hyperflex, Pc45, Rx63, EPSex and Adenalex.

Dipper Agents:

Dippers work internationally, helping political prisoners and VIP fugitives to escape or else to dissappear from world view. They work for the UN and CIA but also for Cy. There is some question as to rogue Dippers helping condemmed persons and terrorists to escape international manhunts, but these have not been confirmed.

Trumpet Agents:

Trumpets are not accepted as valid Cy agents. They are rogue agents who continue to abduct active Cy agents and use them to their own purposes. They are wanted dead or alive. All Trumpets are deactivated.
