Not-So-Basic Step...
The Move Command - yes, this is somewhat complicated...
move - Allows you to temporarily change the rotation of the molecule to fairly exacting specifications:
move Xrot Yrot ZRot Zoom XTrans YTrans ZTrans Slab TotalTime [FPS]
XRot - Rotation integer value states the angle in degrees for the structure
to be rotated.
YRot - Rotation integer value states the angle in degrees for the structure
to be rotated.
ZRot - Rotation integer value states the angle in degrees for the structure
to be rotated.
Zoom - Changes the magnification of the currently displayed image. The minimum
parameter value is 1
XTrans - Displacement values must be between -100 and 100. Positive value
moves right.
YTrans - Displacement values must be between -100 and 100. Positive value
moves down.
ZTrans - Displacement values must be between -100 and 100. The displacement
rotates the molecule.
Slab - Values range from 0 at the very back to 100 which is completely in
front. Intermediate values determine the percentage of the molecule to be
drawn.
TotalTime - The 'target' total time for the entire animation in seconds.
FPS - (optional) The 'target' frames per second for the animation. The default
is set to 30. On slower computers Chime will attempt to accelerate the movement
in order to keep up with the target times.
