Ethogram Assignment: Choice of Study Animal

Objective

You must choose a study animal for your Ethogram. Read the Ethogram Instructions carefully with regard to the best way to choose a study animal. Although the section entitled "Choosing a Study Animal" is most relevant to this assignment, it is a good idea to read the entire instruction sheet so you will have an understanding of what this involves. Such an understanding will influence your choice. Then, turn in the following:

What to submit:

1. Common name and scientific name of your study animal
2. Location where you plan to observe the animal
3. How many individuals of the chosen species will you be able to locate and observe?
4. A brief sentence or two explaining why you chose this animal for your Ethogram.
