Carnivores
Munum
The Munum are extremely long snake‐like creatures that live below the
acid’s surface. The female Munum range from one hundred to two hundred
feet long while the males are from fifty to seventy feet. The only time
they come to the surface’s top is when they need the Grapper’s bacteria
cleaning. The Munum can not breathe the Zorkadum’s air and thus keep
their heads down when being cleaned as well. Munum are the only
Carnivores of the Acid creatures and therefore they have no competition
for food. Maybe the Munum are safe and have no predators to compete
with because of their importance to Zorkadum’s existence. It might seem
that the Munums living conditions would cause them to overpopulate but
it has never been a problem. Their life expectancy is the longest of
any of the creatures but Munums rarely breed. Munum’s gender ratio is
the reason for the slow paced births. There are forty male Munums to
every one female Munum. Also it takes the Mother Munum over 2 years to
give birth to their children.
Shoobakks
Shoobakks stand at a whopping 8 feet tall and are the smallest of the
Carnivores. They weigh a lot for their height though, because of their
unwillingness to move. Shoobakks rarely leave their living areas and
are incredibly lazy. Although they are not extremely aggressive, their
milk spray is deadly. The Shoobakks are the most feared creature on
Zorkadum. Their spray is extremely fatal to other prey and is their
most dangerous feature. With creatures living in pH below three; their
bodies are not tolerant of high pHs (milk is about a 10 on the pH
scale). The milk spray is similar to acid or venom in predators on
Earth. But any of the Zorkadum creatures will fall with one spray of
milk. It does not matter how large or aggressive the creature is, they
will not mess around with a Shoobakk!
Greesers
Greesers are the most aggressive creatures on Zorkadum. They have an
incredible appetite with no tolerance for an empty stomach. If they are
hungry, they are not afraid to eat their own kind. There are an
abundance of gruesome in‐species fights between fellow Greesers. The
Greesers are also the species with the most varied appearance. The
Greeser’s array of colors: red, yellow, orange, pink, and purple. They
are constantly on the run and don’t stop tormenting other creatures
with their aggressive nature.
