Molecular Modeling with RASMOL

Instructions:

  • On this page are *.ent text files obtained from the Molecules R US facility of NIH and the Brookhaven Protein Database or constructed with the HYPERCHEM molecular modeling program. The files contain the atomic coordinates of the specified molecule in RasMol and can be viewed with MDL Chime plug-in.  Chime works with IE 5.5 or Netscape 4.7x.
