Designing
an ingenious spacious (left), wafer thin and made of an unknown alloy incapable
of burning in the earth's atmosphere, the renegade band of aliens flew
to earth and landed in New Jersey in what their history would from then
on refer to as "The Great Migration."
The actual living quarters of the aliens consisted of the small black strip seen here. The Zeerocksian immigrants remained on their spaceship for many generations, making modifications to their ship so that it modeled its surrounds. It would serve to later introduce them to their new habitat. The time spent by the refugees upon their spaceship is called the "Time of Trouble and Famine". During this time the microbes fed only off of particles of dust and lint that landed on their ship. This never provided sufficient nutrients, and population was kept at a minimum. |
After
about 10 generations (about 3 Earth months), the space ship had been mass
produced to transport couples of refugee microbes into their new environment.
They were ready to be inserted into copy machines across the country as benign "copy cards." Copying machines were chosen because of the access the aliens would have to wood pulp by means of the thousands of sheets of paper that run through a copy machine every month. |
